Have you had your flu jab yet?  We are running a walk-in clinic on Saturday 7th October from 8.30 - 11.00am. No need to book an appointment - just turn up!

Our new telephone queuing system will be operational on Wednesday 11th October.  We hope this will help patients to contact the surgery more easily.

Patients registered to GP practices in North Hertfordshire are being asked their views on GP opening hours by East and North Hertfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and NHS England. The survey can be found here

Have you signed up for online access yet?  It is the easy way to order repeat prescriptions and you can also book and cancel appointments online.  Download the application form using the link at the bottom of the page.

Please make sure that we have the correct mobile phone number for you so that we can send SMS reminders for appointments.

Seeing the Doctor 

circled_dayA full appointment system is operated. Early morning appointments from 07:00 – 08:30 and afternoon appointments can be booked in advance.

Appointments from 08:50 to 10:20 and 15:15 to 16:20 are allocated on the day only (except for Saturdays).

Telephone appointments are also available for enquiries not requiring a face-to-face consultation.

Emergency Surgery

The duty doctor holds an emergency surgery Monday to Thursday 17:00 - 18:00 and Friday 16:30 - 17:30.
No appointment is necessary for this surgery but it is for urgent problems only.  The doctor may ask you to return during regular hours for any follow-up or to re-book your appointment if the issue is not urgent.
