Have you had your flu jab yet?  We are running a walk-in clinic on Saturday 7th October from 8.30 - 11.00am. No need to book an appointment - just turn up!

Our new telephone queuing system will be operational on Wednesday 11th October.  We hope this will help patients to contact the surgery more easily.

Patients registered to GP practices in North Hertfordshire are being asked their views on GP opening hours by East and North Hertfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and NHS England. The survey can be found here

Have you signed up for online access yet?  It is the easy way to order repeat prescriptions and you can also book and cancel appointments online.  Download the application form using the link at the bottom of the page.

Please make sure that we have the correct mobile phone number for you so that we can send SMS reminders for appointments.

Do I Need a Home Visit?

home_visit3Home visiting by the doctor is for those patients who are housebound through illness or disability. All other patients should attend the surgery for their consultations.

If you are unsure whether a home visit is needed ask to speak to the doctor, who can advise you further.

Please make home call requests before 10.30am as this helps us to plan the visits.

Poorly children can safely be brought to surgery and we can arrange an isolated waiting area if needed.

The doctors do not routinely visit all patients who have been discharged from hospital unless requested.
