New Patient Registrationregister_now

The practice welcomes new patients who live within the practice area.  When you register you will be informed which doctor you are registered with and this will be the same doctor who is accountable for your care. As part of the registration process your records will be reviewed and medication may be changed to reflect local prescribing guidelines.

Practice Area

The practice is a long established partnership of five doctors offering a full range of primary care medical services at a modern surgery in central Hitchin.

The practice area includes all of Hitchin and the villages of Charlton, Gosmore, Holwell, Ickleford, Langley, Offley, Pirton, Preston, St. Ippollyts, and the Wymondleys.

The partners work closely with a full primary health care team of allied professionals including nurses and health visitors. This practice is now part of the East & North Hertfordshire CCG.

We are committed to eliminating racism, sexism and all forms of discrimination.  We will not discriminate on grounds of age, disability or ethnic origin, gender reassignment, culture, health status, marital status, social or economic status, nationality or national origins, race, religious beliefs or non-beliefs, responsibility for dependents, sexuality, trade union membership or hours of work.  We recognise that this requires action through positive policies to redress inequalities.
